Q- Does mediation affect my rights in going to court ?

A- No, courts look favourably on mediation as it shows an effort to resolve the issue. It does not affect your rights in taking the matter to court

Q- Can I bring someone with me ?

A- You are welcome to bring anyone who may be able to support you moving the discussions forward.

Q- What is online mediation?

A- This process requires internet connection to have an online discussion. Taking part in online mediation means you still 'see' each other through secure video link but without the physical room.  The process is still the same as the face to face. There may be reasons such as distance, health issues, cost or fear that makes online mediation more suitable than a physical one.

Q- Can I cancel ?

A- Yes you can cancel or re-arrange the mediation session. Please refer to the cancellation policy for further information (at bottom of site)

Q- What are your rates ?

The rate is dependent of a range of factors and we will need to understand your needs before we can give you a quote. However, once this is agreed there are no further costs to you. Please note that each participant will pay an equal amount to ensure an equal commitment to the process.
