Inclusive Mediation

What is Mediation ?

Mediation is a process where an impartial person (the mediator) helps two or more people, or groups of people, to discuss and resolve disputes (CMC, 2020)

Mediations can be done face to face or online via video calls. Please speak to us for further information

We currently offer Civil and Commercial Mediation in areas including:

Education, debt, community/ faith, landlord/ tenant, housing, employment, contracts and much more.

Additionally, we have an Education Consultant who specialises in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

At Inclusive Mediation, we use a process called facilitative mediation. This means you work together through the mediator to find a solution to your issues. There is no 'loser'. The role of the mediator is to organise and facilitate the meeting, in a  confidential, neutral way, without taking sides.

All mediators are accredited by the Civil and Commercial Mediators (CMC) and hold DBS, ensuring you are in safe hands for both quality and security

For mediation to take place, it is important that all parties must be willing to participate and work together to find a solution

  • A high rate of success- 96% of our mediations have been amicably resolved
